CANAL WATER LEVEL – CAUTION
Due to the low level of rainfall this year, a number of canals, particularly in the north of England, are being affected by reduced water levels. The Bridgewater Canal is beginning to experience it’s canal water level reducing to below an ideal level for navigation.
We request that any journeys are considered and planned, particularly for craft with a deep draught.
